THE MEANING OF LIFE??????

Does anyone actually know the answer to this question?
I'm still trying to figure this out, for as i can see from the life experience i've had so far it just all seems to be a life full of unhappy people, wars, pain, tears and heartbreak!
Yes sure there is joy to but it's generally short lived before something or someone comes along to ruin it all!
If any of you have any theories on this then do have you your say and enlighten me!!!

The day in Whitstable

Last Monday the kids and i decided that as it was a gorgeous day for once in a few days!! and to celebrate that we now had car to be able to get about in we'd travel to Whitstable for a walk along the seafront and just to get out the house!
So off we went in the car to this town which is like stepping back in time!
It took us about half an hour in the car. As we arrived into this beautiful little fishing village we drove past a very strange artifact in the middle of the high street as you can see below i'm sure your thinking the same as i was what the "hell" has this great big boar got to do with fishing but hey each to their own i suppose!! I still couldn't resist taking a couple of pictures of it though!

Once we'd parked up the car and with our scrumy packed picnic all in our hands off we went to explore this place!! First stop though was to the fish market which this town is famous for!! We couldn't help but buy some fresh seafood namely the cockles, James and Sophie tried these for the first time but to my amazement and dissapointment they did not like them so after one chew they spat them out!! Thankfully my partner in crime Stephanie loves them just as much as i do!!

So whilst eating the seafood we started walking along the seafront, it just so happened that the sailing club was also in town all though they were not ready to go out yet i did not manage to get any photo's on my phone, but i do know that Stephanie did so i shall let her give her own input these are the ones i got great hey!!

Whilst walking i noticed these quant little huts i was told that these were used for holiday makers back in the "old days"

We finally stopped walking after some moaning from James saying "I'm tired mummy" we came across a pub so we sat to eat our picinc and to have a drink!!

Do think Stephanie was thirsty????

And while Sophie played on the pepple beach!!!!

I of course had a well deserved half pint ( just one )!! Hey i never said i was a lady!!!!

And of course taking in the gorgeous view!!

Next up will be Stephanie's input on her day and her photo's of this lovely little town!!!! over to you Steph!!!!

Hiya!! Well looks like you had a great time!

I have no idea what that wild boar statue is about, internet has no idea so I guess it's not significant to anything!?

Mmmmmm cockles! Oh I love my seafood but dont eat much here anymore as its so strong tasting and fresh (which is good thing!) and I am only used to the bland tasting stuff from the UK.

Loved the photo's, especially the one of the being a 'laydee'! xx
