THE MEANING OF LIFE??????

Does anyone actually know the answer to this question?
I'm still trying to figure this out, for as i can see from the life experience i've had so far it just all seems to be a life full of unhappy people, wars, pain, tears and heartbreak!
Yes sure there is joy to but it's generally short lived before something or someone comes along to ruin it all!
If any of you have any theories on this then do have you your say and enlighten me!!!

New life!!

I'm not sure if any of you was aware that my gorgeous cat lily was pregnant!! We was not sure when she was due to give birth so we waited and waited patiently for the new arrivals to join our family, it was last night that lily went into labour she waited until it was quiet in the house and we were all in bed asleep that she gave birth.

It was not until this morning that we realised that she had given birth all on her own! She done a wonderful job of finding herself a quiet spot in the kitchen cupboard behind the cereal boxes!!

As i'm sure you can all see from the pictures and the video the babies are gorgeous!
Lily gave birth to 4 beautiful kittens sadly though one had died and we couldn't do anything for him so we had a small funeral for him in the back garden!

Thankfully we have ended up with 3 hopefully healthy boys and aren't they just adorable!!!

I have already managed to find very good homes for 2 of them although we all would be sad to see them go we really can't keep them! Lily will now be spayed so that she can't have any more! Hopefully i shouldn't have any problems in finding the last one a wonderful home!!!!

The day in Whitstable

Last Monday the kids and i decided that as it was a gorgeous day for once in a few days!! and to celebrate that we now had car to be able to get about in we'd travel to Whitstable for a walk along the seafront and just to get out the house!
So off we went in the car to this town which is like stepping back in time!
It took us about half an hour in the car. As we arrived into this beautiful little fishing village we drove past a very strange artifact in the middle of the high street as you can see below i'm sure your thinking the same as i was what the "hell" has this great big boar got to do with fishing but hey each to their own i suppose!! I still couldn't resist taking a couple of pictures of it though!

Once we'd parked up the car and with our scrumy packed picnic all in our hands off we went to explore this place!! First stop though was to the fish market which this town is famous for!! We couldn't help but buy some fresh seafood namely the cockles, James and Sophie tried these for the first time but to my amazement and dissapointment they did not like them so after one chew they spat them out!! Thankfully my partner in crime Stephanie loves them just as much as i do!!

So whilst eating the seafood we started walking along the seafront, it just so happened that the sailing club was also in town all though they were not ready to go out yet i did not manage to get any photo's on my phone, but i do know that Stephanie did so i shall let her give her own input these are the ones i got great hey!!

Whilst walking i noticed these quant little huts i was told that these were used for holiday makers back in the "old days"

We finally stopped walking after some moaning from James saying "I'm tired mummy" we came across a pub so we sat to eat our picinc and to have a drink!!

Do think Stephanie was thirsty????

And while Sophie played on the pepple beach!!!!

I of course had a well deserved half pint ( just one )!! Hey i never said i was a lady!!!!

And of course taking in the gorgeous view!!

Next up will be Stephanie's input on her day and her photo's of this lovely little town!!!! over to you Steph!!!!

Steph's point of view Whitstable part 2!!!!!

Right my Mum has already said lots but, i can say more!!! After me and my Mum scoffed our faces with cockles we all went down to the very small and cute high street but then i think all small things are cute!! (except creepy crawlies!!!) Whilst walking down the high street, we saw an small candy shop called "The Sugar Boy" we each had £1.00 to spend in there!!!

As you can see it was very hard to choose!! Me, James and Sophie called it CANDY HEAVEN!!! Surprisingly my mum loved it and not just cos of the candy!! It was also cos mum hadn't seen one in donkey's years!! We spent half an hour or more just choosing especially Sophie!! One minute she'd want this sweet and the next she'd want another!!!!

Me and James both chose the chocolate bon bons!! James had apple fizzy bombs, whilst i chose cola bon bons! Sophie chose white chocolate drops and plain chocolate drops thats my girl going for the chocolate!! ( for the record i'm a chocoholic!!! )

On our way back to the car after looking in all the shops as girls do (James got bored!) We took some pictures of us on the anchor by the car park

Sophie being a poser just like her big sister wanted a picture on her own!!( i'm so proud!! )

My crisp was HUMUNGOUS!!!

Here is the man that advertised the fish market!!

Sophie found it so cool she kissed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
she's MAD!!!
