Stephanie's First Carnival

In a previous post i told you that Stephanie had joined the majorettes "The Medway silver stars" and on Saturday she was invited to join the Aylesham carnival for the first time ever she was so nervous has she hadn't really learned to routine for display or the parade, she was given a choice, Stephanie being the type of girl she is she said she would give it ago and despite only being with the troop for 6 weeks she was fantastic i think by the end of the year she will be a pro.... the troop leader Alex was so impressed by her enthusiasm and her drive to do well as was i. It was a great pleasure to stand beside her while she marched her way to victory with the rest of the troop who by no means are just great too they have been twirling for a long time. They were great with their support of Stephanie and encouraged her to do well and with that she did fabulous WAY TO GO STEPHANIE i'm so proud of you.
Way to go Medway Silver Stars on 1st place for best display and Majorettes of the day!

The kids week away!

The week of the 10th august was my week off so Paul took the kids along with Kayleigh up to my Mam and Dads i have to say they had great time! I had a wonderful time enjoying the peace and quiet although i was rather busy organising the final bits for my party on the saturday. I drove up to Wales on the thursday night so that i could drive my parents back for the big shin dig! I was under strict orders to arrive before 1:04am as thats when i was born and by hook or by crook i managed to make it i arrived at 12:40am it was lovely the weather was goregous nice day for my birthday!!

As i'm sure you are aware Stephanie loves to sing, and here we have just another fine example. Stephanie is working towards entering the X factor next year so as you can imagine there will be long hours of practise amongst other things. I'm sure she will do well and maybe even go on to win.

MY BIRTHDAY!!
Ok so i was not looking forward to turning 30 so to help with the transition from being in my 20's to my 30's a party was in order!! It was a fabulous night and it was great to have my family and friends round to help with the celebrations.
